Why now
By 2028, three new rulebooks apply to your machines.
Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230
Replaces the Machinery Directive and applies from 20 January 2027.
Cyber Resilience Act
Reporting of actively exploited vulnerabilities since 11 September 2026, main obligations from 11 December 2027.
AI Act
High-risk obligations from 2 December 2027, for example for AI that evaluates workers. For AI used as a safety component in machinery, they apply from 2 August 2028.
The deadlines moved. The obligations did not.
How Axiora works
From first draft to declaration of conformity.
Upload.
Upload drawings, risk assessment, operating instructions and test reports continuously, as they're created. For every component, not just the finished machine.
Check.
Axiora maps each document to the requirements and flags what's missing, incomplete or out of date. Wherever AI is used in the process, Axiora rates its risk.
Decide.
Every finding names the requirement and where it appears in the document. Your team accepts, corrects or rejects it.
Prove.
Every decision is recorded, so your technical file grows with the machine, traceable and audit-ready.
Axiora complements your existing machine safety tools. It doesn't replace them.
Compliance starts with a conversation.
30 minutes, no obligation, on-site if you prefer. We'll listen to how design and documentation work together in your company and show where Axiora can take work off your plate.
